At DrTung’s, our products have grown out of a passion for bringing healthy smiles naturally. That is why we proudly stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a DrTung’s product you purchased from our website or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we’ll work to make it right.
To learn how to buy from our authorized sellers, please contact us through our Contact Us form. When purchasing our products on Amazon, please purchase from our authorized seller doing business through the “Healthy Pantry” storefront (merchant ID A1O9I0PFIHK5TL) or our own third-party storefront, DrTung’s Direct (merchant ID A3PC9B3DKG0NAB). We do not have any authorized sellers on other online marketplaces, including but not limited to, Walmart and eBay.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the DrTung’s Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser in the United States and claims must be made within 45 days from the date of purchase.
Please additionally note that as part of our commitment to reducing single-use plastic, many of our products come in biodegradable packaging, such as cardboard. Dissatisfaction with product packaging is not a permissible basis for a Guarantee claim.
How To Claim The Guarantee
If you purchased your product from a brick-and-mortar retail store or a retail website other than DrTung’s, please first attempt to seek a resolution under the retailer’s return policy. To otherwise submit a Guarantee request, please submit a form through the Contact Us form and let us know (1) the reason for dissatisfaction, (2) information regarding where and when you purchased your product, (3) your proof of purchase, and (4) pictures of your product. You must have a proof of purchase within 45 days to qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee.
You may also be asked to mail the unused portion of your product to DrTung’s in Hawaii or provide other information to assist DrTung’s in processing your request. If you are asked to mail your product to DrTung’s, a return authorization number (RMA) will be provided. Do not mail products to DrTung’s without an RMA number. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase to DrTung’s.
Guarantee Guidelines
DrTung’s reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where DrTung’s concludes that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee. DrTung’s may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
